1. Supervise and mentor a team of polymecanicians in tool manufacturing.
2. Collaborate closely with mechanical sector stakeholders to achieve quality, responsiveness, and deadline adherence.
3. Monitor technological advancements in mechanical machining, organize trials, and participate in acquiring new equipment.
4. Ensure the production of complex mechanical parts in a high-demand environment.
5. Conduct technological watch in the mechanical machining sector.

1. Degree in Engineering, Bachelor, or Master in a technical field.
2. Proficiency in mechanical tools: tooling, cutting tools, ISO dimensioned stamping elements.
3. Advanced knowledge in mechanical machining methods such as turning, milling, grinding, and erosion.
4. Fluency in English, minimum B2 level.

2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Proactive, motivational, and rigorous with strong customer orientation.

Experience in supervising teams within the mechanical manufacturing sector is required.
