1. Provide methodological support and guide the team in conducting and managing tests for innovation projects, product improvements, and production line support.
2. Collaborate closely with partner departments such as R&D, Industrialization, Production, Industrial Logistics, and Quality in both Geneva and Bienne.
3. Consolidate feedback for the design of new products and improvement of existing products through formalization and sharing of new knowledge.
4. Support the evolution of Rolex products from manufacturing to after-sales service.

1. EPF Engineer in mechanics, microtechnology, physics, or equivalent qualification.

1. Good knowledge of horological analysis, measurement equipment, and statistical tools.
2. Familiarity with analysis methods such as FMEA, 8D, or equivalent.
3. Natural leadership, interpersonal skills, and excellent communication.
4. Proactive and sociable.
5. Excellent customer orientation.

Confirmed experience in management is an asset.
