1. Provide methodological support and guide the team in conducting and managing tests related to innovation projects, product improvement, and production line support.
2. Collaborate closely with partner departments including R&D, Industrialization, Production, Industrial Logistics, and Quality, both in Geneva and Bienne.
3. Consolidate feedback to inform the design of new products and enhance existing product lines through formalization and knowledge sharing.
4. Support the evolution of Rolex products throughout their lifecycle, from manufacturing to after-sales service.

1. EPF Engineer in mechanics, microtechnology, physics, or equivalent qualification.
2. Strong knowledge in horological analysis, measurement equipment, and statistical tools, as well as analytical approaches such as FMEA, 8D, or equivalent.

1. Proven leadership and management experience.
2. Natural leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and excellent communication abilities.
3. Proactive, with strong client orientation and the ability to build relationships.

Confirmed experience in management within a technical or engineering context is advantageous.

EPF Engineer in mechanics, microtechnology, physics, or equivalent.
