1. Supervise and support a team of polymecanicians in tool manufacturing.
2. Encourage and facilitate the development of team members' technical knowledge and versatility.
3. Collaborate closely with other mechanical sector stakeholders to achieve quality, responsiveness, and deadline adherence.
4. Monitor advancements in mechanical machining technologies, organize trials, and participate in acquiring new equipment.
5. Ensure the production of complex mechanical parts in a highly responsive environment.
6. Conduct technological watch in the field of mechanical machining.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field or equivalent engineering qualification.

1. Proficiency in mechanical tools, including tooling, cutting tools, and ISO dimensioned stamping elements.
2. Advanced knowledge of mechanical machining methods such as turning, milling, grinding, and erosion.
3. Strong command of English, minimum B2 level.
4. Natural leadership abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Proactive, motivating, and rigorous with a strong customer orientation.

Experience in supervising teams within the mechanical manufacturing sector is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
