1. Lead a team of building and technical draftsmen (CVCSE).
2. Conduct a skills, tools, and work methodology assessment to define strategies for the new entity.
3. Ensure the development of plans in compliance with legal and internal standards.
4. Oversee the lifecycle of a plan, from creation to disposal/storage.
5. Facilitate the integration of 3D and BIM (Revit) design within the group.
6. Drive the group's continuous improvement initiatives.

1. Certified training as a building/technical draftsman or architect with proven experience.
2. Experience in management.

1. Proficiency in design software (Archicad, Revit, Autocad) and BIM methodology.
2. Mastery of standard office tools and data processing in spreadsheets.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills.
4. Comfort in a vast and complex environment.
5. Rigorous, structured, and autonomous with an analytical mindset.
6. Strong integration ability, teamwork spirit, service orientation, and interpersonal skills.

Proven experience in management and design within the building sector.

Certified training as a building/technical draftsman or architect.
