1. Supervise a team of polymecanicians in the tool manufacturing sector.
2. Support and encourage team members to enhance their technical knowledge and versatility.
3. Collaborate closely with other mechanical sector stakeholders to achieve quality, responsiveness, and deadline adherence.
4. Monitor advancements in mechanical machining technologies, organize trials, and participate in the acquisition of new equipment.
5. Ensure the production of complex mechanical parts in a highly reactive environment.
6. Conduct technological watch in the mechanical machining sector.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
2. Proficiency in mechanical tools: tooling, cutting tools, and ISO dimensioned stamping elements.
3. Advanced knowledge in machining methods such as turning, milling, grinding, and erosion.
4. Fluency in English, minimum B2 level.

1. Natural leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
2. Excellent communication abilities.
3. Proactive, motivational, and rigorous with a strong client orientation.

Experience in supervising a team within a mechanical or technical environment is required.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical field.
