Rolex Finishing Operator

- Execute finishing operations, including polishing and buffing of prepared surfaces.
- Ensure dimensional and aesthetic control of produced components.
- Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.
- Experience in polishing and buffing of watchmaking components is a significant advantage.
- AFP of Polisher is advantageous.
- Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing is beneficial.
- Excellent visual acuity and exceptional dexterity.
- Strong attention to detail and precision.
- Proficiency in production software.
- Autonomous, organized, and a strong team player.
- Rigorous and respectful of procedures.
- Willingness to work in shift patterns (2x8).
Prior experience in the polishing and buffing of watchmaking components is highly valued.
AFP of Polisher is advantageous.
