1. Execute finishing operations, including polishing and buffing of prepared surfaces.
2. Ensure dimensional and aesthetic control of produced components.
3. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

1. Experience in polishing and buffing of watchmaking components is a significant advantage.
2. AFP of Polisher is advantageous.
3. Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing is beneficial.

1. Excellent visual acuity and exceptional dexterity.
2. Strong attention to detail and precision.
3. Proficiency in production software.
4. Autonomous, organized, and a strong team player.
5. Rigorous and respectful of procedures.
6. Willingness to work in shift patterns (2x8).

Prior experience in the polishing and buffing of watchmaking components is highly valued.

AFP of Polisher is advantageous.
