1. Perform finishing operations, including polishing and buffing of prepared surfaces.
2. Ensure dimensional and aesthetic quality control of produced components.
3. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production processes.

1. Experience in polishing and buffing of watch components is a significant advantage.
2. Modular training in watchmaking, particularly in finishing, is preferred.
3. Possession of a Polisher AFP is an asset.
4. Knowledge of automatic or semi-automatic finishing is beneficial.
5. Excellent visual acuity, remarkable dexterity, precision, and attention to detail.
6. Comfortable using production software.
7. Autonomous, organized, and a strong team player.
8. Rigorous and respectful of procedures.
9. Availability for shift work (2x8).
10. Willingness to undergo initial training in Geneva for several months before continuing in the canton of Fribourg.
