Rolex Financial Controller

- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including budget, quarterly forecasts, and CAPEX.
- Plan and coordinate various phases of financial processes.
- Analyze and challenge financial submissions from subsidiaries.
- Prepare consolidated summaries and documents for presentation to management.
- Monitor and analyze financial and operational results.
- Conduct monthly performance tracking for the Group and its subsidiaries.
- Identify discrepancies between forecasts and actuals, proposing improvement strategies.
- Conduct specific financial analyses as needed.
- Formulate recommendations based on findings.
- Act as a business partner to the Finance teams of subsidiaries.
- Ensure harmonization of practices, adherence to financial processes, and compliance with reporting requirements.
- University degree in Economics or Accounting, or Federal Diploma in Finance and Accounting, or Federal Diploma of Expert in Finance and Controlling.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Financial Controller in a large international company, ideally within the luxury industry.
- Fluency in French and English.
- In-depth knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
- Proficiency in financial ERP tools, particularly SAP and D365.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel, including complex functions and pivot tables.
- Ability to produce detailed reports and analyses using financial tools.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent communication and client orientation.
- Organized, conscientious, and proactive.
- Strong team spirit, effective and able to work independently.
Over 5 years of experience in financial controlling within a large international company, preferably in the luxury sector.
University degree in Economics or Accounting, or equivalent professional qualifications.
