Rolex Financial Controller

- Participate in monthly and annual financial closings for multiple entities.
- Prepare financial reports for the Controlling Group department.
- Conduct and deliver accounting and financial analyses, both actual and forecasted, for various entities.
- Develop and perform analyses in collaboration with the Management Control and Controlling Group departments.
- Maintain up-to-date accounting standards and departmental procedures.
- Lead projects aimed at improving and digitizing accounting and financial processes.
- Engage in major corporate projects.
- Execute controls as outlined in the Internal Control System (ICS).
- University degree in Finance.
- Federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting and/or diploma as an expert in finance and controlling.
- Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role within a firm.
- Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP RPC.
- Excellent understanding of ERP systems, preferably SAP modules FI/CO, PS, and MM.
- Proficiency in standard office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and on cross-functional projects.
- Demonstrates rigor and a high degree of autonomy.
- Strong sense of confidentiality and discretion.
Proven experience of 5 years in a similar role within a firm.
University degree in Finance.
