Rolex Finance IT Business Analyst

1. Act as the subject-matter expert and primary contact for the SAP FI/CO module, ensuring operational continuity and functional evolution.
2. Contribute to finance domain projects including automation, digitalisation of financial flows and S/4HANA migration activities.
3. Manage, prioritise and resolve incidents and change requests on the FI/CO module, coordinating with IT and business stakeholders.
4. Control and optimise financial interfaces and workflow processes to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
5. Design, maintain and harmonise chart of accounts and analytical axes across sites to support closing and reporting requirements.
6. Prepare and maintain structured documentation; deliver user training and change-management support for finance system evolutions.
7. Ensure technical and regulatory compliance of SAP solutions through monitoring OSS notes, security settings and best practices.

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in management information systems or finance IT, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
2. Proven expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including interfaces and workflow configuration.
3. Practical experience with period-end closing processes and analytical reporting.
4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to model complex processes and produce clear, structured documentation.
5. Knowledge of SAP security requirements, OSS notes and regulatory/compliance considerations.
6. Autonomous, solution-oriented, highly organised and capable of contributing to multiple projects in parallel.
7. Excellent interpersonal skills, pedagogy and experience supporting change with diverse internal stakeholders.

At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in finance-related IT roles, with hands-on responsibility for SAP FI/CO support, interface management and participation in projects such as S/4HANA migration; experience in an industrial or operational environment is preferred.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
