1. Oversee and organize on-site work activities related to building operations.

3. Handle administrative tasks including personnel management, budget oversight, invoice control, and procurement.
4. Monitor and manage external service providers relevant to building operations.
5. Coordinate and track progress of projects and associated works.
6. Develop building maintenance strategies in collaboration with senior management.
7. Provide solutions and statistical data to senior management.
8. Coordinate with building operations teams across different sites.
9. Collaborate with teams on installations, layouts, and building technicalities.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
2. Formal training or extensive experience in building operations (Technician, CFC, or equivalent).

1. Strong knowledge of building trades and maintenance.
2. Excellent analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in budget management.
4. Adept with computer tools.
5. Competence in organization and planning.
6. Ability to learn new domains.

A minimum of five years in a similar managerial capacity within building operations is required.

Formal training in building operations or equivalent experience.
