1. Oversee and organize on-site work activities related to facility operations.
2. Develop, propose, and manage budgets associated with facility operations.
3. Handle administrative management of the sector, including personnel, budgets, invoice control, and orders.
4. Monitor and manage external service providers related to facility operations.
5. Coordinate and oversee project-related work activities.
6. Develop building maintenance strategies in collaboration with senior management.
7. Provide solutions and statistical data to senior management.
8. Coordinate and collaborate with facility operations teams across different sites.
9. Work in conjunction with building layout, installations, and technical teams.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar managerial role.
2. Educational background or significant experience in building management (Technician, CFC, or equivalent).

1. Strong knowledge of building trades and maintenance.
2. Excellent analytical skills.
3. Proficiency in budget management.
4. Comfortable with using computer tools.
5. Strong organizational and planning skills.
6. Ability to learn new domains quickly.

A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role with responsibilities similar to building operations.

Relevant technical education or equivalent experience in building management.
