Rolex Facilities Operations Apprentice (CFC)

1. Perform routine cleaning and upkeep of interior spaces across various building types and adjacent exterior areas.
2. Monitor and coordinate maintenance of building infrastructure; carry out basic repairs and preventative tasks under supervision.
3. Manage environmentally responsible waste collection and disposal in accordance with company and local regulations.
4. Complete light administrative duties related to operations logging, equipment inventories and maintenance requests.
5. Collaborate with trainers, technical teams and site staff to support safe, efficient facility operations.

1. Motivated candidate eligible for a Swiss CFC apprenticeship; completion of compulsory schooling or equivalent.
2. Demonstrated sense of responsibility and strong team orientation; flexibility in tasks and schedules.
3. Interest in manual and technical activities, with good physical stamina.
4. Good interpersonal skills and professional demeanour.
