Rolex Event Operations Coordinator

- Ensure the handling, packaging, and repair of equipment both in the workshop and on-site.
- Load and unload equipment as required for events.
- Establish Rolex's visibility at events.
- Participate in the planning and logistical coordination of tasks before, during, and after events.
- Ensure the flawless preparation and operation of installations.
- Maintain technical installations and organize on-site logistics.
- Monitor technical aspects of projects internally and with service providers, and draft event reports.
- Technical training or education.
- Willingness to travel extensively worldwide and work weekends (approximately 120 days per year).
- Possession of a valid driver's license; forklift certification is a plus.
- Proficiency in standard office applications.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Impeccable presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Strong communication abilities.
- Good physical condition.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team and adapt to constantly changing situations.
- Autonomy and professional diligence.
- Technical proficiency in event logistics.

Experience in event coordination or a related field is preferred, with a focus on logistics and technical operations.
