- Optimize workplace conditions by diagnosing and improving workstation organization to reduce musculoskeletal disorders, stress, and occupational risks while enhancing employee satisfaction.
- Provide strategic advice on health, safety, and environmental issues, offering a comprehensive vision and concrete solutions to anticipate and address emerging challenges such as sedentary lifestyles, versatility, and hybrid work models.
- Lead innovative ergonomic initiatives by designing, testing, and implementing new ergonomic devices or methods during renovation or transformation projects.
- Strengthen the culture of prevention by training and engaging teams in ergonomic issues through workshops, communications, and on-site support.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by acting as a key liaison between health, safety, environment, production, human resources, and management to integrate ergonomics into all decision-making and project levels.
- Develop reliable ergonomic indicators, participate in incident/accident analysis, and contribute to health, safety, and environment policies through field experience feedback.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and anticipate changes to keep the organization at the forefront of health and safety standards.
- Degree in ergonomics, occupational health, or equivalent
- Initiative and ability to work cross-functionally and unite teams
- Result-oriented mindset and service-oriented approach
- Proficiency in diagnostic tools, facilitation, and change management
Experience in an industrial or multi-site tertiary environment, ideally in collaboration with a health, safety, and environment team.
Degree in ergonomics, occupational health, or equivalent
