3. Promote and integrate ecodesign principles into production standards and practices, including manufacturing ranges and tooling construction.
4. Organize, coordinate, and enhance ecodesign projects within production.
5. Manage databases, key performance indicators (KPIs), and associated tools.
6. Contribute to internal competency networks and cross-functional groups.
7. Ensure proactive communication with various stakeholders.

1. Master's degree in Environmental Science and Engineering, Sustainable Management and Technology, Energy and Environment, or equivalent.
2. Proficiency in LCA impact analysis methodologies and tools.
3. Proven experience in environmental roles within an industrial setting.
4. Strong knowledge of Swiss environmental regulations.

2. Excellent interpersonal skills and a preference for working in multidisciplinary teams.

Confirmed experience in the environmental sector within an industrial environment is required.
