1. Participate in the design and development of production tools and equipment.
2. Ensure adherence to production standards.
3. Resolve technical issues efficiently.
4. Support the technical lead in various tasks.
5. Train, support, and substitute production operators as needed.
6. Contribute to the documentation of technical expertise.
7. Engage in continuous improvement projects.
8. Assist in managing production tools and equipment.
9. Record and report production information accurately.
10. Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement sessions.

1. CFC in electroplating or equivalent certification.
