1. Engineering degree in electroplating, chemistry, or an equivalent qualification.
2. Proven experience in the industrialization of electroplating processes within an industrial setting.

1. Proficiency in structured continuous improvement planning tools (e.g., design of experiments, statistical analysis).
2. Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
3. Methodical, rigorous, with excellent communication abilities.
4. Well-developed team spirit.
5. Proficiency in standard reporting tools (Office suite).

Confirmed experience in the industrialization of electroplating processes in an industrial environment.

Engineering degree in electroplating, chemistry, or equivalent.
