- Communicate overarching goals and set individual objectives for team members.
- Oversee and ensure the organizational efficiency of the team and its operations.
- Guide and support team members in achieving their objectives and developing their skills.
- Foster a conducive environment for effective communication, trust, and team cohesion.
- Manage budgets related to team operations and projects.
- Develop and maintain the program roadmap to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate projects with teams, including planning, progress tracking, and risk management.
- Collaborate with business, IT teams, and external vendors to ensure project success and decision-making.
- Report to steering and management committees and ensure effective communication with stakeholders.
- Continuously improve organizational processes and workflows.
- Engage in technology scouting to stay abreast of industry advancements.
- University degree in computer science or engineering (EPF or HES preferred).
- Initial experience in management is appreciated.
- Proven experience in agile team management or project management within an industrial setting.
- Strong interest in digital transformation.
- Strong leadership and excellent listening skills.
- Client-oriented with a service mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, autonomous, quality-oriented, and a team player.
Proven experience in managing agile teams or projects in an industrial environment is required.
University degree in computer science or engineering (EPF or HES preferred).
