1. Communicate global directives and set individual objectives for team members.
2. Oversee and ensure the efficient organizational functioning of the team.
3. Guide and support team members in achieving their goals and developing their skills.

5. Manage budgets related to team operations and projects, including potential recruitment.
6. Develop and update the program roadmap to ensure strategic alignment with business objectives.

9. Continuously improve organizational and work processes.
10. Facilitate change management and participate in technological monitoring.

1. Engineering degree from EPF or HES.
2. Initial experience in direct team management.
3. Experience in leading digital transformation projects.
4. Experience in the industrial sector is preferred.

Previous experience in team management and digital transformation project leadership is required.
