1. Lead technological exploration projects with multidisciplinary teams, including planning, monitoring progress, organizing sessions, coordinating activities, and synthesizing and communicating outcomes.
2. Collaborate with business, IT teams, and external suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and optimized decision-making, achieving results that meet business requirements.
3. Conduct technological watch (research, trade shows) and propose topics for exploration.
4. Facilitate steering committees and prioritize innovation projects.
5. Communicate and promote the culture of innovation through various means: events, newsletters, workshops, presentations.

1. Master's degree in engineering or management
2. Interest in digital innovation
3. Experience in leading cross-functional and multidisciplinary groups

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
2. Ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively
3. Proficiency in office software tools

Proven experience in managing digital innovation projects or similar roles.
