Rolex Dial Pad-Printing Operator

- Execute decal (tampography) operations on watch dial plates and discs, including day and date discs.
- Prepare and mix decal varnishes and perform machine setup and adjustments for pad-printing equipment.
- Carry out systematic quality controls and visual inspections to ensure conformity with strict tolerances.
- Participate in daily production meetings to align on priorities, quality and continuous improvement.
- Maintain workplace organisation and housekeeping standards through 5S practices.
- Vocational training in watchmaking (e.g., operator in watchmaking, dialmaker AFP/CFC) or formal training in pad printing/printing.
- Proven mastery of tampography techniques, varnish preparation and pad-printing machine adjustment.
- Excellent visual acuity and fine manual dexterity.
- High levels of rigour, precision and attention to detail.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team; calm and professional demeanour.

Preferably 1–3 years of practical experience in pad printing, dial decoration or watchmaking production, with demonstrable competence in tampography and varnish preparation.
Vocational diploma or certificate in watchmaking (AFP/CFC) or a technical qualification in printing/pad-printing; equivalent vocational qualifications considered.
