Rolex Deployment and Communication Specialist

1. Ensure the quality of deployment projects for all solutions provided to affiliates from Geneva.
2. Lead the quality and progress of solution deployment projects.
3. Participate in the analysis of affiliate needs and the definition of solutions by creating functional and technical documents.
4. Perform initial configurations and system testing prior to deployment.
5. Organize and coordinate project resources and activities, emphasizing effective collaboration between Geneva and affiliate teams.
6. Facilitate the smooth transition of project teams to support teams post-deployment.
7. Prepare and conduct communication sessions with affiliates regarding ongoing or upcoming projects.

1. University degree (HES, EPF)
2. Proven experience in IT project management, with a minimum of 3 years, particularly in an international deployment context
3. Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, proactivity, and rigor
4. Ability to simplify processes and architectures for management communication
5. Experience in drafting training documents
6. Experience in needs collection and analysis
7. Proven experience in coordinating cross-functional resources and working in multicultural environments
8. Excellent command of English and French

1. Proficiency in project management, reporting, and presentation tools (Ms Project, Tableau/PowerBI, Monday.com, Confluence, AzureDev Ops, Microsoft Powerpoint, etc.)
2. Ability to travel occasionally abroad

Minimum of 3 years in IT project management, especially in international solution deployment.

University degree (HES, EPF)
