Rolex Data Project Analyst

- Support and animate the division’s data competency network to raise analytical maturity and shared practices.
- Gather, analyse, prioritise and translate internal stakeholders’ data needs into actionable requirements in collaboration with IT.
- Design, develop and deliver cross‑functional dashboards and visualisations using Tableau to support production and logistics decision‑making.
- Assess and support the evaluation of data solutions and ensure data quality, consistency and reliability across tools and processes.
- Train and coach end users on best practices for data handling, dashboard usage and governance to increase adoption and competence.
- University degree in engineering (generalist/EPF), computer science, management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a comparable data/analytics role.
- Proven experience in business analysis, with the ability to translate operational needs into analytical deliverables.
- Strong knowledge of production and logistics data models and their operational context.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to mobilise and federate stakeholders.
- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and highly organised, with strong analytic, systemic-thinking and synthesis capabilities.

At least 5 years in a data analyst / data projects role, ideally within production, manufacturing or logistics environments, with demonstrable business‑analysis experience and delivery of operational dashboards.
University degree in engineering, computer science, management or equivalent.
