Rolex Data Analyst

- Analyze and interpret data to extract strategic and operational insights, directly contributing to the activities of Rolex and Tudor.
- Develop and maintain reporting products for various business domains using leading tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Optimize data products to ensure an exceptional user experience.
- Actively participate in improving data quality and ensure the reliability of analyses.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of analytical processes with a deep understanding of data transformation tools.
- Collaborate closely with data engineering teams to ensure the integrity and relevance of data used in analyses.
- Support the Data Citizens community in developing high-quality, reusable, and innovative data products through communication, user support, and training.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering, preferably from EPF or HES, with a specialization in data analysis.
- Significant experience in Data Engineer and/or Data Analyst roles, gained in both OnPrem and Cloud environments.
- Native proficiency in French with a strong command of English.
- Proficiency in technologies such as Snowflake, Dataiku, BW4Hana, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, or Talend for data processing and exploitation.
- Expertise in visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong culture of automation with a commitment to data quality and observability.
- Good understanding of information security concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
- High degree of autonomy in solution-seeking and evaluating deliverable quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Significant experience in data engineering and analysis roles within OnPrem and Cloud environments.
Advanced degree in Computer Science or Engineering, preferably from EPF or HES.
