1. Serve as a SOC representative, advocating and monitoring the objectives and performance of Cybersecurity analysts.
2. Master the technical means necessary for managing Cybersecurity incidents.
3. Analyze and respond to detected events or threats.
4. Oversee incident response procedures and Cybersecurity indicators related to incidents.
5. Maintain and enhance dashboards and metrics related to Cybersecurity monitoring activities.
6. Supervise the operational management of Cybersecurity solutions.
7. Conduct thorough investigations adhering to best practices.
8. Stay abreast of technological advancements in Cybersecurity solutions and services.
9. Develop and improve detection and response tools.
10. Recommend corrective or preventive modifications.

1. Advanced degree in computer engineering with a specialization in security or equivalent education.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity management in a SOC, CSIRT, or similar role.
3. Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity frameworks such as MITRE and NIST.
4. Proficient in EDR & SIEM technologies, including Splunk Enterprise Security & Crowdstrike.
5. Familiarity with NDR and SOAR solutions and activities such as 'Threat Intel' or 'Threat Hunting' is an asset.

A minimum of 3 years in Cybersecurity management within a SOC, CSIRT, or similar capacity.
