1. Manage customer inquiries via phone, mail, or email.
2. Identify optimal solutions for customer requests in alignment with commercial policy.
3. Ensure excellent follow-up on customer cases.
4. Proactively participate in projects to develop the Customer Relations activity.
5. Identify and implement necessary internal resources (tools and contacts) for handling requests.
6. Support the Reception Directorate and After-Sales Service in their customer follow-ups.

1. University degree or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in customer management within a large company or boutique.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with proven experience in handling inquiries.
2. Native French speaker with excellent German and English proficiency, both spoken and written.
3. Proficiency in standard office software (Office Suite).
4. Analytical mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills and proficiency in verbal and written communication.
6. Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.

Confirmed experience in customer management within a large company or boutique.

University degree or equivalent.
