1. Develop and update control programs for new product realization.
2. Optimize control programs in collaboration with machining programmers regarding manufacturing strategies.
3. Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or equipment for control means.
4. Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs.
5. Ensure operator training on the use of control means.
6. Guarantee the capability of control means.
7. Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time, in collaboration with project teams.

1. Engineering degree (HES) or Technician (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.

1. Proven expertise in control on three-dimensional machines.
2. Experience in metrology.
3. Knowledge of METROLOG programming software.
4. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team.
5. Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a passion for fieldwork, and strong analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in metrology and control on three-dimensional machines is required.

Engineering degree (HES) or Technician (ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.
