Responsibilities
- Create and update control programs for new product development
- Optimize control programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies
- Ensure timely release of programs and define needs for fixtures or equipment for control means
- Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs
- Train operators in the use of control means
- Guarantee the capability of control means
- Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and control time of products, in collaboration with the project team
Qualifications
- HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent
Skills
- Recognized skills in three-dimensional machine control
- Experience in metrology
- Knowledge of METROLOG programming software
- Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a passion for fieldwork, analytical and synthesis skills
Experience Requirements
Experience in metrology is required.
