1. Create and update control programs for new product development
2. Optimize control programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies
3. Ensure timely release of programs and define needs for fixtures or equipment for control means
4. Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs
5. Train operators in the use of control means
6. Guarantee the capability of control means
7. Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and control time of products, in collaboration with the project team

1. HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent

1. Recognized skills in three-dimensional machine control
2. Experience in metrology
3. Knowledge of METROLOG programming software
4. Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
5. Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a passion for fieldwork, analytical and synthesis skills

Experience in metrology is required.
