Rolex Compliance Manager

- Conduct due diligence and evaluate ESG risks of suppliers using information gathered by buyers.
- Propose ESG risk arbitration recommendations to the Ethics and Compliance governance with an appropriate control or compliance plan.
- Facilitate the process of exceptions for refusal to sign the Sustainable Development Charter.
- Analyze market certifications and propose recognition when they meet Rolex's requirements.
- Support buyers in deploying ESG risk control plans (questionnaires, audits, certifications) and supplier compliance.
- Plan and coordinate the preparation of the annual ESG diligence audit.
- Assist stakeholders during various phases of the audit.
- Coordinate the implementation of internal improvement recommendations delivered by auditors.
- Consolidate diligence data and draft necessary compliance reports for Rolex.
- Manage documentation and training materials on ESG due diligence topics.
- Train Rolex stakeholders in conducting ESG due diligence.
- Monitor regulatory developments and conduct industrial and geopolitical watch on governance, human rights, and environmental issues.
- Analyze international sanctions and provide stakeholders with a compliance action plan.
- Legal education or international relations management (macroeconomic training).
- Training in human rights is desired.
- Confirmed experience of 3 years in compliance, risk sector, or control/audit.
- Knowledge and experience in KYC/KYS processes and due diligence.
- Proficiency in French and English; additional language skills are a major asset.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Objectivity and rigor.
- Versatile and autonomous.
- Ability to collaborate and undertake within multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in ESG regulation and due diligence topics.
A minimum of 3 years of confirmed experience in compliance, risk management, or control/audit is required.
Legal education or management of international relations, with a focus on macroeconomics. Training in human rights is preferred.
