1. Define and implement strategies and tools for manufacturing through erosion processes.
2. Enhance and deploy manufacturing processes.
3. Determine programming strategies and associated tools.
4. Train and support users during process transfers between industrialization, internal production, and external production.
5. Audit manufacturing processes at supplier facilities.
6. Conduct setup, tuning, and approval of programs on equipment.
7. Participate in pre-receptions and production launches of new production means.

1. CFC in polymecanics, ideally with specialization in erosion.
2. Additional training in manufacturing methods, control, or processes is an advantage.
3. Confirmed technical expertise in erosion.

1. Proficiency in programming across various platforms.
2. Knowledge and practical experience with erosion technologies.
3. Ability to define and document functional and technical specifications.
4. Analytical and synthesis skills for solving complex problems.
5. Technical curiosity and interest in new technologies.
6. Clear and effective communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
7. Rigorous, organized, and methodical work approach.

Demonstrated expertise in erosion technologies and CNC programming.
