Rolex CNC Machinist

- Create and optimize machining programs using CAD/CAM software based on technical drawings.
- Select cutting tools and define operational parameters for machining centers.
- Conduct tests on new equipment to qualify them for new technology research.
- Manufacture various watchmaking tooling components.
- Configure and adjust 3 and 5-axis CNC machines for milling and machining operations, ensuring adherence to tolerances and quality standards.
- Inspect the conformity and quality of machined parts visually and with measurement instruments.
- Develop versatility to cover for colleagues' absences in a small team.
- Ensure timely production of parts.
- CFC level in polymechanics or equivalent training.
- Additional training in CAD/CAM and CNC machining.
- Proficiency in milling and machining techniques with strong knowledge of CNC machine programming.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
- Metrology skills for inspecting machined parts.
- Good command of English, minimum level B1.
- Precision and attention to detail in task execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Teamwork and effective communication skills.
- Curiosity and a client-oriented approach to process optimization.
- Willingness to undergo training for new technologies and flexibility to manage emergencies.
Experience in CNC machining and programming, with a focus on milling operations.
CFC level in polymechanics or equivalent.
