1. Create and optimize machining programs using CAD/CAM software based on technical drawings.
2. Select cutting tools and define operational parameters for machining centers.
3. Conduct tests on new equipment to qualify them for new technology research.
4. Manufacture various watchmaking tooling components.
5. Configure and adjust 3 and 5-axis CNC machines for milling and machining operations, ensuring adherence to tolerances and quality standards.
6. Inspect the conformity and quality of machined parts visually and with measurement instruments.
7. Develop versatility to cover for colleagues' absences in a small team.
8. Ensure timely production of parts.

1. CFC level in polymechanics or equivalent training.
2. Additional training in CAD/CAM and CNC machining.
3. Proficiency in milling and machining techniques with strong knowledge of CNC machine programming.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models.
5. Metrology skills for inspecting machined parts.
6. Good command of English, minimum level B1.
