1. Develop and enhance systems, integrations, and automations to improve proximity services and client workstation functionality.
2. Define and coordinate interactions between stakeholders and IT services to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of user device management solutions.
4. Contribute to the integration and impact assessment of various technologies.
5. Ensure effective communication to swiftly resolve issues.
6. Participate in testing new technical solutions.
7. Propose tailored solutions based on detailed analyses.

1. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Significant experience in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.

1. Experience in client relationship management and IT support processes.
2. Knowledge of device management tools (SCCM, Intune, Nexthink, MBAM, WS1, Horizon, DEM, UAG, etc.).
3. Excellent understanding of internal and internet communications (network, proxy, etc.).
4. Exceptional communication skills to facilitate team interactions.
5. Fluency in French and at least B2 level proficiency in English.

Several years of relevant experience in a similar position.

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
