1. Develop and enhance systems, integrations, and automations to improve local IT services and support.
2. Define and organize interactions between stakeholders and IT services to ensure continuous improvement.
3. Maintain a comprehensive understanding of user device management solutions.
4. Participate in the integration and impact assessment of various technologies used.
5. Ensure effective communication to swiftly resolve issues.
6. Contribute to testing of new technical solutions.
7. Propose tailored solutions based on detailed analyses.

1. Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
2. Significant experience in a similar role.
3. Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructure.
4. Experience in client relationship management and IT support processes.

1. Proficiency with device management tools (SCCM, Intune, Nexthink, etc.).
2. Excellent understanding of internal and internet communication systems (network, proxy, etc.).
3. Exceptional communication skills to facilitate team interactions.
4. Fluency in French and a good command of English (minimum B2 level).

Several years of relevant experience in a similar role within IT systems management.

Degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
