1. Ensure operational availability and optimal functioning of production equipment and tools within the cleanroom environment.
2. Provide technical support to production team members and contribute to their training.
3. Participate in the qualification of new products and assist in the reception of new production equipment and resolution of quality discrepancies.
4. Lead working groups aimed at enhancing service performance and communicate effectively within the work environment.
5. Propose and actively lead continuous improvement projects for products and processes.
6. Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders to analyze and resolve quality discrepancies.
7. Ensure adherence to production standards within a controlled cleanroom environment.

1. Experience in a production environment is required.
2. CFC with experience or a Technician ES degree in automation or another technical field.

1. Proficiency in using computer tools for production management.
2. Aptitude for fieldwork and technical continuous improvement projects.
3. Meticulousness, proactivity, and strong organizational skills.
4. Ability to lead, listen, analyze, synthesize, adapt, and work collaboratively in a team.

Experience in a production environment is essential.

CFC with experience or Technician ES degree in automation or a related technical field.
