1. Ensure mastery of data structure, both in terms of content and container.
2. Lead the Data Governance network within the division and advocate for the initiative.
3. Define usage, coding, and maintenance rules for the core data structure.
4. Draft and disseminate established rules.
5. Plan and oversee data cleaning and maintenance actions in collaboration with the Data Governance network.
6. Monitor and consolidate the application of rules through indicators.
7. Ensure process coherence with other divisions and the IT department.
8. Lead projects related to R&D data, including ERP and PLM systems.

1. University degree or Engineering diploma from EPF.

1. Proven expertise in data management (ERP, PLM, data mining).
2. Proficiency in Office tools; knowledge of SAP, Windchill, and Tableau is advantageous.
3. Demonstrated experience in agile methodologies, particularly as a Product Owner.
4. Dynamic, autonomous, meticulous, and open-minded individual.
5. Strong teamwork, communication, and leadership skills.

Confirmed experience in data management, including ERP, PLM, and data mining.

University degree or Engineering diploma from EPF.
