1. Facilitate workshops with business units to define requirements.
2. Design and document business processes.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve process issues.
4. Develop initiatives to enhance data quality and anticipate future needs.
5. Participate in cross-domain projects.
6. Support the transition to the Kinaxis RapidResponse system, ensuring supply chain continuity.
7. Maintain data governance in collaboration with business units.
8. Assist in upskilling teams on the Kinaxis tool.
9. Ensure solution evolution aligns with company roadmaps.

1. University degree in Information Technology or Supply Chain, or equivalent engineering degree.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, or Production.
3. Proven experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro configuration and usage.

2. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
3. Excellent interpersonal and team spirit.
4. Strong communication skills for leading meetings and presenting summaries.
5. Attention to detail and confidentiality.
6. Proficiency in French and English.

A minimum of three years in supply chain, planning, or production, with demonstrated expertise in Kinaxis RapidResponse/Maestro.

University degree in IT or Supply Chain, or equivalent engineering qualification.
