1. Draft functional specifications based on user requirements.
2. Oversee and validate developments and configurations.
3. Train key users and support them during the deployment phases of the new EAM solution for Rolex.
4. Maintain the solution and provide user support.
5. Become the technical reference for the solution and its integration within the information system.
6. Manage future evolution projects.
7. Contribute to the implementation and maintenance of IT solutions to meet company needs in the specified domain.
8. Collaborate with business teams on strategic evolution projects to define maintenance information flows and implement the appropriate tool.

1. University education preferred; significant professional experience in the GMAO field may compensate.

1. Strong knowledge of GMAO logistics flows and their integration into company processes.
2. Business analysis skills, including drafting and describing functional business processes.
3. Technical knowledge related to interfaces and APIs.
4. Familiarity with solutions such as SAP PM/EAM, Hexagon, or IBM Maximo is advantageous.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills, autonomy, teamwork, and analytical capabilities.
6. Willingness to travel across all production sites in Switzerland.

Significant professional experience in the field of GMAO is required.

University education preferred.
