Rolex Business Analyst - Finance IT

- Lead and contribute to finance-related projects, including automation, digitalization of financial flows, and S/4HANA migration.
- Monitor and resolve incidents and enhancement requests for the FI/CO module.
- Control and optimize financial interfaces and workflows.
- Serve as the primary liaison for business teams in Finance and Controlling.
- Participate in the design and maintenance of account plans, structuring analytical axes, and harmonizing processes across different sites.
- Contribute to user documentation and training on Finance IT system updates.
- Ensure technological vigilance and compliance of SAP solutions, including OSS notes and security.
- Advanced degree in finance or accounting (CFC or equivalent).
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in management information systems, preferably in an industrial setting.
- Expertise in SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules, including interface and workflow management.
- Knowledge of closing processes and analytical reporting.
- Ability to analyze and model complex processes, propose innovative solutions, and draft structured documentation.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements and SAP security best practices.
- Autonomy, solution-oriented mindset, rigor, and organizational skills.
- Versatility and ability to contribute to multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: effective communication with internal clients (Finance, IT, etc.), pedagogical skills, and capacity to facilitate change with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactivity and a strong interest in digital innovation.
A minimum of 8 years of confirmed experience in management information systems, ideally within an industrial environment.
Advanced degree in finance or accounting (CFC or equivalent).
