5. Facilitate information transfer and provide daily progress reports.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and secure construction zones.
7. Conduct daily inspections and quality checks of ongoing work.
8. Request quotes and maintain communication with service providers.

1. Possession of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in a building-related field such as painting, tiling, or masonry.
2. Native proficiency in French or German with strong knowledge of the other language.

Experience in building construction and structural work is required.
