1. Welcome and coordinate with contractors and service providers.
2. Prepare and oversee construction projects on-site.
3. Address technical inquiries related to ongoing projects.
4. Monitor project timelines and quality standards.
5. Facilitate information transfer and provide daily progress reports.
6. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and secure construction zones.
7. Conduct daily inspections and quality checks of ongoing work.
8. Request quotes and maintain communication with service providers.

1. Possession of a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in a building-related field such as painting, tiling, or masonry.
2. Native proficiency in French or German with strong knowledge of the other language.

2. Strong communication skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
3. Discretion and autonomy in task execution.
4. Team-oriented mindset with a strong service orientation.

Experience in building construction and structural work is required.

Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in a relevant building field.
