1. Lead, develop, and support a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.

8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure infrastructure and practice compliance.

1. Significant experience in managing a maintenance team with the ability to motivate and train.
2. Proficiency in standard and specialized IT tools.
3. Analytical and synthesis skills to understand client needs, pragmatic, solution-oriented.
4. Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication, and listening abilities.
5. Financial management skills to control expenses and optimize resources.
6. Knowledge of safety regulations and risk prevention protocols.
7. Service-oriented with a strong sense of teamwork.
8. Proficiency in French or German at C1 level with good knowledge of the other language.
