1. Lead, develop, and support a multicultural and multidisciplinary team.

3. Oversee and supervise technical installation projects, including improvements, transformations, and renovations.

5. Interface with external suppliers, other building technology group managers, and support services.

8. Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure infrastructure and practice compliance.

4. Strong interpersonal skills, with effective communication and listening abilities.

8. Fluency in French or German at C1 level, with good knowledge of the other language.
