1. Execute polishing and finishing operations across the full range of bracelet links and clasps, using established techniques and tools.
2. Deliver daily production in line with quantitative and qualitative targets and internal KPIs.
3. Perform systematic self-inspection and dimensional checks of produced parts to ensure conformity with specifications.
4. Maintain workstations and polishing equipment in accordance with 5S and safety requirements; report and escalate technical issues.
5. Collaborate with colleagues and production support to optimise process flows and respect production schedules.

1. Vocational qualification (CFC de termineur) in finishing or equivalent apprenticeship, or significant demonstrable experience in metal finishing for watch components.
2. Proven mastery of polishing and finishing techniques applied to links and clasps.
3. Ability to read technical drawings and perform dimensional control to tight tolerances.
4. Familiarity with a métier-specific production/IT system.
5. Strong teamwork, adaptability, organisational rigour, and consistent attendance.
