1. Develop and implement BIM standards for large-scale projects with a focus on building operations.
2. Collaborate with the BIM Manager to refine work methods related to BIM for architectural and structural components.
3. Conduct technological surveillance of BIM-related software solutions for architectural and structural elements.
4. Ensure model quality aligns with information requirements and BIM standards.
5. Validate BIM design and construction models for operational use.
6. Lead spatial coordination meetings with all project stakeholders.
7. Act as the primary contact for the BIM Manager regarding architectural and structural BIM queries.

1. Diploma in Architecture HES or equivalent; Certificate of Advanced Studies (CAS) in BIM Coordination is a plus.
2. BuildingSMART Phase 1 – Basic Module certification.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

1. Proficiency in Archicad, Solibri, CDE tools.
2. Knowledge of Revit is advantageous.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Meticulous attention to detail and precision in work.
5. Strong team player.

A minimum of 5 years in a similar BIM coordination role is required.

Diploma in Architecture HES or equivalent.
