- Learn to set up, adjust and operate automated production and assembly machinery under trainer supervision.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality during runs; perform in-line inspections and document deviations.
- Carry out routine preventive maintenance and basic mechanical/electrical interventions to ensure optimal uptime.
- Respond to production incidents by diagnosing faults, escalating complex issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Follow strict safety, hygiene and quality procedures; keep accurate production and maintenance records.
- Motivation to undertake a formal apprenticeship in automated machine operation (CFC/Traineeship).
- Strong sense of precision, rigor and methodical working habits.
- Logical, analytical mindset with good manual dexterity.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to learn from experienced trainers.
- Application dossier including CV, cover letter and school reports from the last three years.
