1. Train and mentor automation apprentices in the industrial sector
2. Develop and update training plans for apprentices throughout their program
3. Plan and organize internships and examinations, preparing apprentices accordingly
4. Conduct personalized follow-ups with apprentices and implement corrective actions when necessary
5. Participate in the recruitment process
6. Engage in apprenticeship-related events
7. Organize and lead technical training sessions for employees
8. Contribute to continuous improvement projects
9. Ensure effective coordination with internal and external partners

1. Advanced degree in automation or mechanical engineering (ES/HES)
2. Familiarity with automation software (Siemens and Beckhoff)
3. Proficiency in project management
4. Knowledge of the English language is advantageous
5. Experience in training is a plus
6. Understanding of the watchmaking industry
7. Strong knowledge of Swiss vocational training
8. Proficiency in standard office software
