- Develop and document automated finishing process sequences and work instructions for new products.
- Implement, tune and optimise automatic finishing programs on production equipment.
- Plan and execute production trials in collaboration with cross-functional partners; analyse results and produce technical reports.
- Support integration of new processes and equipment into serial production.
- Provide reference states and formalise tacit know‑how into reproducible standards.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, proposing technical improvements based on shop‑floor expertise.
- Technical diploma (Technicien ES) in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
- Proven skills in grinding (rectification) and/or polishing within a precision manufacturing context.
- Practical knowledge of CREO and/or GIBB'S programming software.
- Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
- Proactive mindset, autonomy, strong attention to detail, and solid analytical and synthesis capabilities.

Several years of hands‑on experience in microtechnical or precision manufacturing environments, with direct exposure to grinding/polishing operations and commissioning of automated production processes.
Technical diploma (Technicien ES) in microtechnology or equivalent.
