1. Develop and document automated finishing process sequences and work instructions for new products.
2. Implement, tune and optimise automatic finishing programs on production equipment.

1. Technical diploma (Technicien ES) in microtechnology or equivalent qualification.
2. Proven skills in grinding (rectification) and/or polishing within a precision manufacturing context.
3. Practical knowledge of CREO and/or GIBB'S programming software.
4. Demonstrated communication skills and the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
5. Proactive mindset, autonomy, strong attention to detail, and solid analytical and synthesis capabilities.
