1. Develop finishing sequences for new product realization.
2. Participate in leading continuous improvement initiatives.
3. Collaborate on the integration of new processes.
4. Conduct production trials in collaboration with partner services and produce associated reports.
5. Provide various reference states and formalize expertise.
6. Contribute to continuous improvement through mastery of the trade.

1. Technician ES in microtechnology or equivalent.

1. Recognized skills in grinding and/or polishing.
2. Knowledge of CREO and/or GIBB'S programming software.
3. Demonstrated ability to communicate and work in a multidisciplinary team.
4. Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a preference for fieldwork, analytical and synthesis skills.

Experience in microtechnology with a focus on grinding and polishing processes.

Technician ES in microtechnology or equivalent.
