Rolex Assembly Mechanic-Setter

- Ensure proper operation and fine adjustment of dial decal and disc equipment, assembly machinery and robotic laser-engraving systems.
- Provide technical support to production operators, including management of consumables and tooling orders.
- Participate in daily operational reviews and coordinate corrective actions.
- Execute trials and implement technical solutions to optimize process performance.
- Perform first-level maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electromechanical issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to raise quality, efficiency and reliability.
- Support integration and qualification of new production equipment and processes.
- Federal VET Certificate (CFC) in Automation, Polymechanics, Micromechanics or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven experience in an industrial production environment.
- Practical knowledge of robotic production equipment or dial decal machinery is an asset.
- Understanding of quality tools and methodologies.
- Familiarity with industrial vision systems and basic industrial IT concepts.
- Strong team spirit, effective communicator and proactive attitude.

Previous hands-on experience in a manufacturing or production environment is required; direct experience with robotic equipment or dial/decal processes is advantageous.
