1. Ensure a consistent visual identity across all communication channels.
2. Contribute to visual communication at retail points in collaboration with the Interior Design department.
3. Participate in the scenography of exhibitions and events to immerse audiences in the brand's universe.
4. Collaborate closely with various departments and stay abreast of design and luxury trends.
5. Define the graphic charter and ensure aesthetic coherence by developing creative guidelines.
6. Supervise photo and video shoots and develop interactive content for various platforms.
7. Ensure artistic coherence of publications.
8. Lead the artistic direction of exhibition and trade show content.
9. Manage a team and coordinate with external agencies.

1. Advanced degree in communication or related field.
2. Minimum of 10 years of experience in artistic direction within the watchmaking, luxury, or premium retail sectors.

1. Proficiency in graphic creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
2. Strong knowledge of technical constraints in print, digital, and retail design.
3. Ability to manage photo and video shoots.
4. Skills in space design and event scenography.
5. Excellent communication and leadership abilities to unite internal and external teams.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality standards.
8. Curiosity and innovative mindset.

A minimum of 10 years in artistic direction within the watchmaking, luxury, or premium retail sectors is required.

Advanced degree in communication or related field.
